dnata’s Environmental Management System (dEMS) in Dubai, certified under the full scope of IEnvA, is being rolled out across our global network. This ensures consistent risk identification and performance management wherever we operate. dnata reviews the effectiveness of its dEMS annually at the HSE Executive Board and tracks progress at monthly operational meetings.
- The Environmental Management Systems (dEMS) established and implemented by dnata within the organization have been accredited with IATA’s IEnvA certification at:
- Dubai (DXB & DWC): Ground Handling, Cargo, GSE Maintenance, Hospitality and Corporate Activities (including dnata Logistics and dnata Travel)
- Sharjah (SHJ: Alpha Flight Catering Services – Catering Operations
- Amsterdam (AMS): Ground Handling and Cargo Operations
- MCO and ZRH stations are currently at the initiation stage for the ground handling operations.

As per the policy, dnata actively avoids promoting or selling experiences that exploit or harm animals and holds a zero-tolerance stance towards handling banned species, hunting trophies or any products associated with illegal wildlife activities.
