Looking back

It’s been a tough year. We have had to reassess our business strategy and focus on what’s important. We have had to make sure we not only kept the lights on, but remained ready for a very agile restart that could happen at any given moment.

We stepped up to support our customers with innovative products and services. We introduced new pandemic protocols, such as strategies to safely and efficiently handle in-cabin cargo operations, new check-in procedures, as well as rebooking and refund options for holidays. We also supported relief efforts alongside our partners, preparing and donating meals for those in need.

We are and will always be a people business, with our employees at the heart of our operations. And we are delighted to say that as business around the world slowly starts to return we have been able to call many of our people back to the dnata family.

Looking forward

Now is the time to embrace optimism. We are prepared and financially stable enough to continue to weather this storm together.

We will continue to support the aviation and travel industry and help the world travel again - reconnecting families, friends and businesses across the globe. Our diverse team of experts are committed to making this world a better place by doing the right things, safely.
