dnata Switzerland welcomes passengers to marhaba lounges at Zurich Airport and Geneva Airport. In Geneva you can choose to relax with stunning views over the Jura Mountain in the lounge at the main lobby or in the East Wing terminal dedicated to non-Schengen and long-haul flights. In Zurich you can unwind in the refurbished lounge with a great view of aircraft arrivals and departures. It is also conveniently located close to the duty-free shop.

With years of experience in the air freight business, dnata Switzerland has become an established industry name to develop precisely tuned handling skills supported by a reliable cargo management system. We are fully equipped to support our airline customer in surpassing the challenges of handling products to any destination in the shortest possible time.
Safety is our utmost expectation to start a partnership. We strive to provide outstanding services to our valuable long-term customers by going the extra mile daily. Diligently pack, transport and unload any type of cargo, from perishables to priceless goods, from live animals to engines or pharmaceuticals. We have the resources and the know-how to facilitate handling, as part of our daily routine operations.
Our corporate training programme with trainers, in-house and selected external partners, supports us by providing all employees with tailored education to be able to conduct their tasks with best practice. Our employees are the key to quality and the main reason both stations have served our customers with excellence for decades.
Our strict adherence to the latest operating procedures and safety measures allows us to efficiently move over 83,000 tonnes annually. This equates to a staggering 227 tonnes of cargo safely reaching its destination on time, every single day. With a total floor space of 9,900 square metres for both stations in ZRH and GVA and a global customer portfolio, we are equipped to design customer specific procedures and solutions.
Valuable and mail-handling services are subcontracted to our long-term partners. We ensure to have fully monitored our customers shipments by conducting a diligent handling at any time.
