FIT traveller services

Our teams are equipped to provide a wide range of services for travellers, from hotel reservations, meet and greet, and visa assistance, to airport transfers and more. We contract with over 650 hotel partners across the region to provide a range of options to suit every traveller.

In-resort assistance

We have a dedicated customer relations department with a 24-hour contact centre. Guests who book meet and greet services are presented with local numbers on arrival, including contact details for their hotel representative who is available to support them as needed throughout their holiday.
