Customers can expect a range of offers to be shared every Sunday and Monday on https://www.dnatatravel.com/v2/hotels/offers/secret-stays, to be booked between 08:00am to 12:30am within two days of its reveal.  To unlock the Secret Stays, customers must call 04 3898 999. The hotel will only be revealed once the customer books and completes their transaction, and they receive the hotel voucher via email. These offers are non-refundable and exclusive to dnata Travel, and they cannot be redeemed on the same hotel’s website.

Two Secret Stays deals will be revealed every week, with new destinations announced weekly. Ideally suited for UAE residents seeking a staycation, the hotels currently on offer are based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with savings of up to 65 per cent. Customers can view the star rating of the hotel, and its general location at the time of booking, along with the price. The ‘secret’ is revealed once the purchase is made. The validity and conditions will vary based on each offer.
