Ground handling training for the new A380

The objective was to demystify ground handling of an A380 for our colleagues from dnata Singapore and our training would have a significant impact on the future operational capability of dnata Singapore to handle A380 aircrafts.

We had to take dnata Singapore delegates through the ground handling journey of an A380 right from the point of touchdown to the moment it takes off.

To present a holistic picture of ground handling was the real challenge, as we had different trainers who were specialists in each activity related to handling but it was interested to work together to demystify the aircraft and its operations for our colleagues.

In the end, the delegates left armed with comprehensive, expert knowledge that they immediately put to use when back in Singapore.
