dnata named SWISS’ top global caterer
dnata Singapore achieved the highest worldwide SLA ranking for all global SWISS catering stations in 2016
Thursday, February 23, 2017 — Singapore: 23 February, 2017 - dnata’s Singapore catering team has been named SWISS International Air Lines (SWISS) top performing caterer for 2016.
dnata Singapore achieved a score of 99.6 out of 100 against agreed SLAs, which cover all aspects of quality and service performance.
dnata has catered to SWISS in Singapore for over three years, now catering seven SWISS flights a week from Changi Airport.
“It’s great to have our dedication to quality product and service delivery honoured by SWISS,” said dnata Singapore Chief Operating Officer Lee Farrelly. “Our entire team strives for improvement daily and its very gratifying that our efforts deliver clear results to our customers.”

The award follows dnata Singapore being named China Airlines best caterer in 2015, and Jetstar’s caterer of the year in 2014.
