Themed hospitality that is personal

The new lounge reflects a pan-Asian theme, with subtle references to Singapore’s history and culture. Modern Peranakan-styled wall tiles, wallpaper and glass are used throughout the lounge and complement the Singaporean and Asian food offerings. A mixture of hard wood floors and carpets are used to reduce the ambient noise and the lounge adopts a ‘silent’ no-announcement policy to maintain a quiet environment.

“The theme of the lounge is pan-Asian, and built around references to Singapore’s unique cuisine, history, architecture, and landmarks. My family and I came to Singapore nearly four years ago and we are still discovering this island. The executive chef at dnata Singapore has designed a menu that enables customers to sample local dishes such as Laksa, Satay and Chicken Rice, as well as more regional cuisine including Malaysian and Indonesian dishes. Western meal options are also offered which reflects the diversity of guests and their tastes. Each and every ingredient is daily handpicked from Singapore’s numerous bazaars, ensuring freshness, taste and texture.
