Dnata E-Commerce was launched in 2006 to manage all of Dnata Travel Services’ website functions. Since then, we have grown steadily to produce new and innovative online channels for the existing Dnata businesses in the Middle East, as well as develop and manage new revenue streams in the global market place.

E-Commerce handles www.dnatatravel.com, one of the few online travel websites in this region. As a Dnata customer, you benefit from the expertise of our E-Commerce team as they work to increase online payment functionality, develop easier information gathering tools and extend e-commerce opportunities across the globe.

At the 2007 Business Travel Show in Dubai, we launched the distribution of the Online Travel Management Solution in an exclusive deal with KDS. This software enables businesses to manage corporate travel arrangements effectively and cost efficiently through the streamlining of booking processes. Manage your company’s travel spend through innovative integration of diversified content (Low Cost Carriers, Web Fares, Rail), travel policy enforcement and seamlessly integrated & highly automated processes. This solution has been successfully implemented across the GCC region.
