In Dubai, dnata Training offers specialised courses in the areas of ground support equipment, aircraft servicing, aircraft appearance, cargo and warehouse equipment, ramp training, dispatch training, basic driving skills, English language training and functional training. All courses, designed by dnata Training comply with IATA and benchmarked against ISAGO standards.
Training materials are designed using accelerated learning techniques with a combination of classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training. Facilities include separate areas with different types of static mock-up simulations for ground support equipment practical training and a next generation Aircraft Pushback Simulator soon to be installed, which will be the first of its type in the world.
