Dnata Airport Operations commenced in 1959 with five staff and 50 years later there are more than 7,000 skilled staff, a fleet of over 6,200 pieces of equipment and some of the most advanced technology in the industry. Providing efficient, reliable and cost-effective passenger, baggage, ramp, ground support engineering and cargo services is Dnata’s hallmark. An example of Dnata’s service quality is the ability to train staff at airports around the world on ramp and handling techniques – in particular, handling of the A380 aircraft.
Dnata is also rapidly expanding its services internationally. Its first international ground handling operation commenced in Pakistan in 1993 and Dnata is now represented in eight countries and at 19 international airports.
