Customer Services plays a leading role in customer care at Dubai International Airport and is critical to the functions of Dnata's ground handling operations. More than 1,200 professionally trained staff ensures the smooth handing of passengers from check-in to boarding and from disembarkation to baggage collection.
For those that require extra help with baggage, our Porterage Service assists passengers through formalities. We also have a Special Services team who are trained to assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and the infirm or physically challenged.
For airlines, we enable you to connect to your own DCS hosts through the state of the art Dynamic Multi Access Check-In System (DMACS) or ARINC iMUSE. These systems enable fast and efficient check-in and improved customer service.
