Customer Care Centre
You can contact dnata’s Customer Care Centre for instant information on all aspects of air cargo, including export and import shipments, rates, storage, regulations and flight availability.

The dnata Customer Care Centre has been serving customers at the Dubai Cargo Village since January 2001. Designed as a one-stop shop cargo information hub, the Centre provides you with a wide range of essential information such as:

• Cargo bookings
• Shipment arrivals
• Reservations and rates
• The status of import, export and transit airway bills
• Warehouse build-up and breakdown

In addition, you can also access this information online by registering for Calogi.
